Track Your Order

If you have already received a dispatch email, your tracking number is the fastest way to monitor progress. Carrier systems may take a short time to show the first movement after the label is created.

Before Reaching Out

Check your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link included there. For international shipments, your local carrier may also update the tracking once the parcel enters your country.

If the latest update says the package is in transit, customs review, or awaiting handoff, it usually means the order is still moving through the normal carrier network.

When To Contact Us

Reach out if the parcel shows no movement for an unusually long period, appears delivered but was not received, or was returned to sender.

Include your order number, full shipping name, and the last tracking update you can see so we can investigate efficiently.

Address Corrections

If you notice an address issue shortly after ordering, contact us immediately. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, correction options may be limited or may incur extra fees.
